Situation builder feeds the scene cue and should guide the action logic. Generic = broad flexible situations. Game-world specific = concrete game-aware situations.
Empty cue = no extra custom cue. Filled cue = appended as an extra supporting situation. AI cue help writes a short game-aware cue here.
